Ola is a safe and affordable ride sharing app. With more than 2 million+ drivers in 250+ cities worldwide, they have now expanded their services to Australia and New Zealand. There are 2 sides to Ola: Demand and Supply. Demand deals with the Customers while the Supply department deals with the Drivers. As Ola partners (drivers) choose to go to their hometowns during Diwali, it was a challenge for Ola to balance the demand and supply during this peak festive season. Owing to this, Ola Cabs decided to hold a contest for their partners named Shubharambh with an objective to make sure that the rides being accepted multiplied instead of plummeting during the 2020 year end festive season. To appreciate the efforts and sacrifices made by their partners, Ola announced prizes worth 3 Crores to make this Diwali happy. Markenzo was Ola’s design partner for this campaign. We designed their driver portal and social media creatives in 5 regional languages for announcing this contest to the partners. We also created short videos of partners testimonials with the motive to influence partners from PAN India to participate in this contest.
